Terms and Conditions: "Share Your Experience" Contest

1. Contest Organizer

This draw is organized by Rockdale Homes, located at Suite 235 – 15 Fitzgerald Road, Ottawa, ON K2H 9G1.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to all past clients of Rockdale Homes who have completed a project with us.
  • Participants must be 18 years or older and residents of Canada.
  • Employees of Rockdale Homes and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

To enter the contest:

  1. Leave a Google review for Rockdale Homes on our Google Business page.
  2. Complete the contest entry form on our website with your name, email, and a link to your Google review.

Limit: One entry per person.

4. Contest Period

  • The contest begins on Monday Nov 25, 2024 and ends on January 1, 2025.
  • Entries received after this date will not be eligible.

5. Selection of Winner

  • The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted on January 6, 2025.
  • Each valid entry will be assigned a unique number, and a random number generator will be used to select the winner.
  • The selected winner will be notified via the email or phone number provided in their entry form.

6. Prize

  • The winner will receive a $250 Visa gift card.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.

7. Notification and Claiming the Prize

  • The winner will be contacted by email or phone within 3 business days of the draw.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be randomly selected.

8. Publicity

By entering the contest, participants agree to allow Rockdale Homes to share their first name and the first initial of their last name in announcements (e.g., “Congratulations to Sarah T. for winning!”).

9. Privacy

All personal information collected through the contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties.

10. General Conditions

  • Rockdale Homes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without notice.
  • By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions and the decisions of Rockdale Homes, which are final.
